Any damages that occur from normal wear and tear within 14 days of online purchase will be repaired free of charge. Items purchased from a separate retailer are subject to material and labor fees.
For an item to be repaired, an online request has to be made. Once your request has been assed and approved a representative will contact you with return instructions. Please email requests to repairs@bondejewelry.com to begin this process. Please provide date of purchase, proof of purchase, description of repair needed, and an image of the damaged piece for item to assessed.
Every repair request after 14 days of purchase are subject to material and labor fees.
The same policy applies to items damaged or broken under extreme conditions within the established 14 days. Once your request has been assessed, you will receive a cost estimate. This service will be provided once you have approved the estimate and returned the damaged item to our studio. All repair fees most be paid in full before the release of any repaired item.
Please note, just because a request has been made it doesn’t mean damages and repairs have been approved. If any damaged item is shipped to Bonde without approval, it will be denied and returned to sender.
